About Us
APEX Development Ltd. was formed by Jim & Alan Simpson. Jim, a joiner by trade has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. Alan was a project manager for a large UK construction company assisting in the management of high value city centre projects. From this base of experience and professionalism we decided to start our own construction/ development company and have never looked back.
As a small company we can guarantee a bespoke personal service from conception to completion. We believe communication is crucial in guiding our client through the construction process, giving you the peace of mind that you have made the right choice in choosing Apex Development Ltd.
