Insulation
You want to keep the heat in and the cold out! By using 160mm of Celotex high tech insulation, we ensure that your walls will leak a third less heat than the building standards require, while Argon gas filled double glazing units will let short wave energy from the sun through while keeping long-wave radiated heat inside your home in.
Heat Recovery Ventilation Systems
All buildings need to breathe and this system allows your home to benefit from a constant flow of fresh filtered air, warmed by extracting heat from the stale air leaving your house and also creates a healthier living environment for your family.
Underfloor Heating
Underfloor systems are toasty on your toes and light on your pocket, typically using a third less energy than wall-based heat sources by providing a steady, even source of heat at a low temperature.
Ground Source Heat Pumps
This ingenious pump can provide three quarters of your heat and hot water from the 100% renewable, zero carbon heat source under your home - the ground! A saline solution is pumped 200 meters into the ground, returning several centigrade's warmer. This additional heat can be extracted and used to pre-warm your water to around 50C, which is perfect for underfloor heating and needing just a quick boost for a steaming hot shower.
