About Us
APEX Development Ltd. was formed by Jim & Alan Simpson. Jim, a joiner by trade has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. Alan was a project manager for a large UK construction company assisting in the management of high value city centre projects. From this base of experience and professionalism we decided to start our own construction/ development company and have never looked back.
From our inception in 2003, the company has grown slowly and now employs many good tradesmen, all specialising in new build homes, domestic dwelling extensions and loft conversions. A selection of previous projects can be seen in our 'protfolio'..
