We were contracted to construct contemporary rear extension. The extension provides simple and open living areas extending out into the garden beyond, with extensive glazing and rooflights allow the interior to be flooded with natural daylight.
Modern construction materials used aluminium clad windows & doors, Zinc Roofing & Smooth white Sto-Render all contributed to the clean modern finish.
IIn addition to the rear extension the basement was excavated to create further living space and the existing property was fully refurbished including electrical re-wire and full heating system.
In order to achieve this quality of finish and also complete the project on time & within budget we worked closely with the client and architect who were both very pleased with the finished project.
