Fence Farm is a unique newly constructed development set in a fine position in the heart of the Lanarkshire countryside. The properties
are beautifully presented and have been constructed to a high standard both externally and internally.
This was the company’s first development, and the outcome confirmed that our vision for high quality individual homes was accurate since demand was great and each property sold very quickly in a slowing housing market.
